Are there any UKers here who use staractionfigures? https://www.staractionfigures.co.uk/

Had an order from them shipped on the 6th of July and it still hasn't arrived. Well overdue considering I'm only next door in Ireland and also considering a previous order only about a week before arrived within the expected timeframe with multiple notifications from the courier. The missing order was also shipped by courier - the same one I would suppose - and this time I haven't gotten a single message by text or email. I assume it's a write-off at this point. I messaged staractionfigures last week but still no response. They're a good store, I know I haven't been scammed but a lost order is a lost order - just wondering has anyone else had a recent such experience and what was the outcome.
