I tried this and ended up pretty unhappy with the result. The Medi is tiny, and the armor panels separated from the suit when I moved it onto the HT body, tearing the top layer off the bodysuit.
This is a mod that that should be approached very cautiously.

Ven switched his over to a TT (narrow I think) awhile back.
