Medicom Batman Begins Custom

Been working on this for a while, now that I have enough pieces I thought I'd show it off. Its still a WIP, but IMO this is the OC batman for me. Just got the belt in today.
What do you guys think so far?

Other than the Medi belt being to gold, it looks really good!

I'm going to paint to closer to the film's color for the belt.

yeah its on a Soldier Story body.

Okay, so far all I've striped all the armor off of the body suit from the Medicom figure. Then i outfitted it on a Soldier Story Body and then reglued it on the right place to fit the new bigger body. I also got the Medicom TDK belt and slaped that baby on.

Did you do something size-wise to the suit ? did it just fit like that on a new body ? You are tempting me to do this also, I hate my puny medicom bats, haha.

nah, its kind of a tight fit getting it around the mid section area, but it fits really good when its on.

Interesting... Well, hope to see it finished soon. What head are you going to use BTW ?

I'm waiting out for the IMARESQD1 head, if he does not make it available I'll just use a HT head.

The Medicom BB figure is different from both figures. the Medi TDk is like some kind of vinyl, and the BB is a smoother rubber more durable rubber.

i didnt cut anything, just gently pull from the back and follow the armor lines while pulling.

An update untill I paint the belt.

I added some cotton into the elbow part to fill out better, making it more proportional.

I don't know. The thin waist makes the thighs too big giving it a female look. Especially compared to the HT OC figure standing next to it.

I think the big problem is the chest, it looks really too small on that body making strange proportions.
