If Sith is going for life-accuracy instead of movie-accuracy, then the grenades on his bandolier are positioned correctly

Seeing all these awesome photos is making time drag til I pick mine up on Wednesday!!

So excited about this figure. The detail looks amazing! Watched a lot of video reviews on YouTube, clipperkings more than others. It's like pure collectors porn this figure. And the real leather outfit is an amazing touch!!

If Sith is going for life-accuracy instead of movie-accuracy, then the grenades on his bandolier are positioned correctly

if it is life-accuracy, could you please post 3-4 photos of actual soldier with actual grenade belts across their chests?
i googled but failed.

dunno if this boy is a real soldier or just some gamer.

if they were turned upside down, it would be very inconvenient to keep the launcher in your right hand and take grenades with your left hand in right-up direction.
or not? i tried to imitate both movements and they both are inconvenient )))

I only saw one actual soldier wearing a grenade bandolier, but got a couple showing how ammo belts should be worn, as the same rules apply: the shells should point downwards.

After what it seemed to be an eternity, I finally received this bad boy from BBTS. I had it in my pile, waiting in some transformers to arrive thus easing the shipping money (fortress Maximus!!!)
MAN! What an amazing figure this is!!! Pictures really do not do him justice, this IS Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800 figure I ALWAYS wanted. He's right here, in my kitchen. I'm speechless as to the level of awesomeness on this guy! My GF doesn't really like this hobby, she claims is expensive and blah blah blah.. But when she saw this, it impressed her! She was all like: " woah, that sculpting job is fantastic! Is that real leather? So in a way, while she still thinks paying 200$+ for anything "toy" related is an atrocity, she was actually watching me pose him, etc.
haven't even bothered opening Fortress! (His box is HUGE!)
I really don't see why people bash on this figure just because the BD version is a separate release that I'm getting as well!!!!
Apologies in advance for the quality pictures, ill get a better camera soon!
Great time to be a Terminator fan!

Congrats tell her its money well spent cause you can get years of enjoyment out of it and it apprishates in value over time

Which has the better outfit? The DX or the MMS?

Not about the material, just the look and fit of it.

for me id say the mms. whether or not that's because I've had it for a good couple of years now but I find it much easier too pose with that outfit over the dx. the dx outfit for me is very restrictive and takes a lot of futzing when you repose moving the arms. Hopefully the leather will break in over time and become a bit easier to work with when reposing.

I'll second this

The mms leathers have more acturate weathering and are not as tight fitting. The only reason the dx outfit was made from leather was to strike back at enterbays 1/4 version, not because it was the right material for the job, Its still a nice outfit though.

Aye, it is... Funny I had it correct at first but I thought even if it's movie accurate, it doesn't look right to have your grenades fall out...

as Arnold would say to movie accuracy.... "to hell with you"

I'll second this

I third it...

1. The pants are far too tight on the DX,
2. the outfit is far too clean like he just walked out of "The Leather Ranch"
3. It's way to thick for double ply... if they used a single layer only, it would fit sooo much better.

Bottom line...
I'm keeping one of each outfit....


PS... Hey P. ~ Tassels are going back on, I dunno what the fug I was thinking... they look GREAT on the MMS
