I wish that I wouldn't have missed out on the SSC Sam, but like so many others only learned about Trick R Treat a few years ago. Of course it's now one of our favorites and near the top of the Halloween season DVD rotation (the '78 Halloween still gets the top spot). As much as I dig the movie and Sam, I just can't justify the going rate for the SSC Sam. With TRT 2 supposedly on the way there's bound to be some other Sam available in the future. I'd like to see Mezco take a shot at Sam, especially with how well their latest Chucky came out. I know the original SSC listing for Sam had the ES as 5000, but there is no way that many ever hit the streets given how hard it is to come by. My hope is that once TRT 2 hits, maybe they'll release a 2nd version.

Anyway, until there's another high-end option (or I win the lotto) this little guy will have to do. We've had it for a couple years now and for $25.00 it's pretty decent.

Didn't want to take away from the post above because that Sammy is so cool. I did want to post my outdoor decorations. Jenn is going to be turning her pumpkin into a Sam one, but she has been busy and didn't get to it yet. Me, I can't do anything great with pumpkins so I opted for painting, free hand.
