So the Wolverine lists are closed before pre order?...can't say I'm hurt as I was always on the fence with this one anyway, and I have no XM connect as of yet...
But I'm going to put this out into the universe now...
I don't know when it will happen, I don't even care how long it takes, but whoever on the boards is taking XM orders, you might as well throw peedi in that #1 spot for Spider-Man now. Yes, I know even XM doesn't know when it's coming. It doesn't matter. I NEED. I'm not sure about any other character, but with Spider-Man you got a guaranteed order with this Top Level Spider-Fan right here.

Magneto and Wolverine were already approved. Phoenix and future X-Men are pending approval.
It's not just Disney. It's a dispute between Disney/Marvel and Fox.
