Congrats on the '03! I'm sure you've heard others say this, but it won't be your last. :)

I really like the 2003, however there is a good chance this will be the last of my 30CM - 12" X-Plus purchases.

Great figure, really awesome sculpt, the overally quality is there...but i find the figure gets lost in my collection room, overpowered if you will. It's a really nice scale but i just find the figure doesn't stand out enough. Despite the figure being only 12" tall, this 20" long figure is difficult to be displayed properly, without disturbing any current display configurations.

I already decided i'm not going all-out-completists with this 12" 30Cm X-Plus line, so i'm fine with keeping this one and passing on every other until Kiryu comes out.

This is a cool figure, but for me it just doesn't command your attention when displayed among a room full of 1:1 busts and other larger scale statues.

I'm really looking forward to the Gigantic 1995. I'm going to re-arrange one display area to accomodate what i believe will be the most impressive Godzilla representation to date. I have no problem changing up the display to make room for a powerful, attention dominating piece like the 1995 Gigantic. While the 2003 12" is a seriously cool figure, it just didn't get to me to where i want to go.

in terms of Bang for the Buck, these are great for the money...but the NECA 18 -20 inch "1/4 scale" pieces are still the best bang for the buck as far as i'm concerned.

NECA? i'm staying far away from their Godzilla offerings...so far it seems their Godzilla sculpts are far behind the curve.
Ohh...okay I was curious as to which line from NECA being the best bang for your buck you were referring to. I thought you were talking about Godzilla's.

The 89 is suppose to be in wave 7! Saving the best for last! I hope there is some announcement at SDCC continuing this entire line!!!
I'd be shocked if they weren't jumping right back into it. It seems very successful.

Btw, call me crazy but I think '55 godzilla would be better appreciated if put into a modern movie like 2014. And proportioned more realistically without having the loose, baggy effect the suit had.

Pre-ordered that 55, looks fantastic.

I just started collecting X-Plus in June and it's been quite a financial hit, but they are addicting and beautiful so screw it! lol Seriously though I just can't stop looking at these things when I am in my office. Waiting on Gigantic Burning G now, can't wait to see that dude.

nice set up.

can you take additional closer pics of the shelves, with multiple X-Plus G's visible on the same frame? I want to see how they look when displayed together from a little closer.
