Yep during Inferno, her most well known story I don't remember her using a whip.

Now that I think about it she did use a whip once in the recent Sisterhood arc of Uncanny, but she looked nothing like her normal self. Gawd so many of the modern X-Men stories suck.

Alright, so it's either Viper(Madame Hydra) or Selene. I can't think of any super heroine or villainess that uses/used a whip other than those two, Hussar, BQ(Jean), Emma(occasionally?) and etc.............or you know, it might be Shanna.

Pretty much.

Could it be Dazzler with a mic. cord.

It looks more like a whip or rope, not a cord. Plus dazzler never had long gloves on which this statue does. So it rules her out.

Upon closer inspection(like ridiculously close and over and over and over again......), it looks like she's wearing some type of corsetry, opera gloves and I can definitely see a panty line. She seems to have all her fingers too so that rules out Hussar, I guess!
