I scored a hot toys guardian predator and it's my first predator figure. It looks so real and I should look for other predators to collect.

He is my first predator too. He is amazing. He's making me want to start collecting the hot toys predator line as well. The New Berserker pred looks really really nice.

MIB 18" NECA Robocop from a convention. I've got to say, it's pretty ____ing cool.

Yeah I wasn't expecting much, but damn I'm impressed. I didn't think it was that articulated but it is. The only thing it's missing is the hidden pistol compartment in the leg, but I didn't expect it to have that anyway.

Really cool. It's nice, solid and sturdy probably one of the better buys I've had in awhile. The motion activated quotes are a nice touch too.

The vendor had it for 50 bucks, I passed. Towards the end of the day I decided I wanted it and went back and offered him 40, glad I did.

Just won this bad-ass piece of comic art on ebay :rock

One of my favorite all time characters done by one of my favorite all time artists. So stoked! This will be my X-mas gift from the little lady, so I guess I gotta hold off until after the holidays to get it framed and stuff. :lol

Who is the artist? I just dropped off an original Stan Sakai piece at the framers and have a long wait to get the beauty back.

Got this. Assembling it was a pain but well worth the effort. Really love the body armour eventhough it's just rubber, lol.

Nice man, was it a Usagi Yojimbo? I'm a relative newbie with original art collecting, this only being my fourth piece and all.

The artist is Flint Henry. Kind of an obscure artist, hasn't done anything in a very long time. His work just strikes a chord with me, and the Ostrander/Henry run on GrimJack is probably my favorite comic saga ever.

Congrats! Do you have Deunan and Briareos too?

Nah, just have Tereus. Budget's tight, lol. Wished they included a Head Sculpt without the Head Phones just like the box art. That would have been badass.

Tereus is a great figure indeed. I got the whole trio especially because I'm a huge Masamune Shirow fan. I only hope the rubber to hold in time.

I only have a very select few pieces myself, the stuff is so expensive. Yes it is Usagi, but Stan tends to never sell the published interior artwork. He will sell covers and tip in art, so I picked up the tip in art for the hardcover collection of Bridge of Tears. So beautiful. I'll post a pic in a few...

Got me a pile of loot today! :dance

Nice ! I wish I could have hauled the Enzio :(

DVD version?

Did you know you can buy the 5 disk Blu for under $40 in many places? WELL WORTH IT. The final cut in Hi Def is fucking amazing.

You did get the cool box, however.

Yeah I have the HD-DVD version and it is amazin !

Here it is, I knew I had the scan on here, just had to find it. I will post pics of the framed original when I get it back from the printer. The wait is not enjoyable. I hate leaving expensive artwork at the framer.

Damn man - that is a very nice piece. Congrats on the score, that's going to look beautiful framed!

Thanks, I'm super excited to finally get it out to the framer, and will be more excited when they finally call that it is ready. I knew I wanted to go all out on this one and it was going to be expensive, so I was hanging onto him for just about a year now. I was not wrong and the frame is upward of $500, but I think it will be well worth it. I choose a pretty large frame with a double "deep" matt (don't really know how to describe that). The top matt will be wooden with a linen wrap, another bottom matt which will be normal depth, but also linen wrapped, and even another wooden center piece between the two of those, so...

Can't wait... :panic:
