yeah dino riders were cool. i used to have the cheapest one :rotfl when i was a kid the flying pterodactyl. I remember i always wanted the t-rex or brontosaurus.

Maybe i should pick some of these up again. Dino riders was really a great line of toys. The whole concept of dinosaurs and then attaching weapon systems to them was really cool. Maybe they should re-release the line again. The only other line i can think of that was equally as cool as them back in the 80's was the centurions.

Its an 80's cartoon. Used to watch it all the time as a kid. I think a lot of these type's of 80's kids shows were designed just so they could sell merchandise to kids...just like pokemon the whole show makes no sense, it just revolves bascially around collecting as many as you can. Marketing genius. Then naturally of course the kids go 'MOM i need to get this!!!' lol

Yep, companies would hit on a formula they liked and then release a number of clones before it was all said and done.

Thundercats, Silver Hawks, Tiger Sharks

M.A.S.K., Dino-Riders, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors

I don't know if Wheeled Warriors was very popular, but I remember seeing it a few times and I had a coloring book :huh

I believe Wheeled Warriors was years before Dino Riders..i know i had some of the vehicles from Wheeled Warriors. So, can't really compare them...IMO.

Abe was the one Hot Toys figure that I was wanting to get the most...but if I got one, I'd probably need them all. :lol

Very true... and so far you can get both for below retail. Glad I didn't keep my original orders from Sideshow. By waiting I've saved about $100 on the pair :rock
