The “Dear Sir, Please pay X amount of money or kiss your item goodbye!!” letter? I don’t think I have ever received one after the item has been delivered?

Royal Mail operate a pay before you receive but others will bill you later.
I hate the Fed-Ex letters

Fortunately never had a Fed Ex letter. Most of mine have been parcel force but have had a lucky run this year. Nearly always get charged on art prints though.

Yeah that is the thing I like about fed ex they send letters afterwards which get completely ignored of course

But Royal Mail use black mail , either pay up or you don't get your item
