No idea. Maybe preying on buyers who only know that Arte Tokio closed their site, and not that their bodies are now sold by Tokyo Doll STORE.
Apart from being the right size for a small figure, these are still expensive -- if you want it with the flashing trimmed and some blushing done with silicone paint, one will run about US $200 (23,500 JPY). Many collectors still don't like the doll-like hands and feet. And in the end, it's a Gumby body made with top grade silicone on a wire frame, not the sort of articulated skeleton Phicen has developed. Most collectors will probably be happy to wait for Phicen to make bodies in different sizes.
