I'm new here at SSC. I've been collecting the X-files line only and its really sad its "sleeping". Hopefully it will wake up with the second movie.
I've been reading every thread about the X-files here at SSC and I was inspired to write a few words...

Throw in some monsters too! all the monster episodes were great!

Which mosters could be made 12"?

The movie is coming out this summer or fall but has really been under the radar. I could see SSC reviving the line a bit for the film - but I doubt it would anything more than another Mulder and Scully.

Sideshow should at least release the Lone Gunmen set, since the sculpts were done and much of the costuming.

Sad thing is at this years SDCC they teased us with unfinished Lone Gunmen prototypes. They were *this* close to being made. The poor sales of the last few figures (Krycek, Skinner, etc) made them decided to cancel them. Brant said probably only a 5% chance of them being made now, but like Dave said, perhaps the new movie may bring some life into this line.

For me, I'd be happy if we go the Lone Gunmen and a Grey Alien.

Wow! Where did you find those King? Where they on the "special" DVD with the catalog? I only saw them on one of Sideshow's video screens at SDCC. Even Chris din't know about them. I had to talk to Brant to find out about them.

The Lone Gunmen are dead and won't be in the movie.

Anything Sideshow does will most likely be similar to what they did for Bond fans around the time of Casino Royale, with the Legacy Collection. At best we will get a reissue of Mulder and Scully.

Which in actuality kinda pissed me off. But I guess it is what is is.

Nothing else very cool IMO, they talked about a Halo Bond that never got made, the original idea for the Wolverine skeleton and how the argonath that were packed in with the LotR extened edition were meant to be a stand alone Sideshow Weta item.

Sounds like the DVD they must have been playing at SDCC at their booth. I remember seeing the HALO Bond there too.
