Unclaimed credit?

RP do not expire... this sounds like it would be from a returned or damaged item in which a credit was given instead of a refund.

I recently was given a $20 credit for a damaged item, but I was only given a 3 month window to apply it to an order. So they do happen, but why you would be unaware of it until now is a head scratcher as I'm usually aware of when any money is tied up or pending on a return

But like was already said I would certainly contact Sideshow at a known working number and speak to someone over the phone to check out the situation.
