It happens pretty early on in Jason Aaron's Thor God of Thunder series, its like issue 9. It's definitely worth checking out though, easily one of the best Thor runs of all time.

Odin's beard! That thing is so awesome, I don't think I've ever been this excited for a statue.

That looks great! I think the base is something else too, so much going on and detail. This is my top pick so far.

This will definitely compete with XM GR for attention in my collection.

Exactly, 1/4 scale Thor atop that huge base. I'm guessing at least 30"-32" tall overall.

Sideshow's MKIII to the right. And Sideshow's 1/5 Extremis MKII to the left (that one's a guess though).

It's been a while since a sideshow piece made me go "Holy ****" and this piece definitely broke that streak.
