Hello wai man (breakersrevenge) About 4 weeks ago i buy form you the jack bauer suite 5 season and till today i not reived it..I write to you and you don't answer to me..If you know something about it..You told me that you have to cath some informations on the post office and that you will tell me..but you don't write anything..What i have to do? Like I said in my reply to you, I am going to send you a replacement, out of around 70 Bauer suits this is the 1st one to go AWOL.

So far i've only bought my Bauer figure from Breakersrevenge (& got a replacement head for it through him), I can say without any hesitation he is a Top Guy.
Nothing i asked of him was to much trouble & i left him alone to sort things out for me & if i didn't hear from him it was because he had nothing to tell me (some things take time !), as soon as he knew anything he passed it on to me straight away - even ringing me to give me the latest news a.s.a.p.

Be Cool & wait for him to update you !

hi..i don't received any reply from you where you told me that you are going to send me a replacement..it is not a pleasure to me to post these messages to you!! If i do it is because, like i just told you , after a month i have never received anything and you don't tell me news about the item! If i don't receive anything in the next two weeks i can't have a refund with paypal..so? I have to protect my money! I buy many things bigger than this in england (i'm in Italy) and in 1 or at most 2 week its always arrives...cheers.

You buy many big things in England, thats cool, I have many customers in Italy, I even have a customer in Italy who I send £1000 worth of figures on delivery first pay later!

OK if you are not happy I will refund you now, and if the Bauer suit ever turns up. KEEP IT.

i really hope that suit turns up for you. and you feel like a total ^^^^ for dragging this out on a public thread. not just one but several. that's not the way to do things. i know wai - he's more stand up than any seller i've ever dealt with. this is shameful on your part, not his.
