I just joined a gym again to get into top shape again... Then I ordered a pizza. Great start.

I am planning on carrying my P90X style workout to the gym, but because of my knee surgery I need to use the bikes and such. I look forward to posting some updated pictures.

I've been on hiatus due to the birth of my son. Gained about 8 to 10 pounds. Now that he's four months old and less needy I started back up on tuesday. Insanity round 2 engaged! :rock
 
Started the HIIT cardio two weeks ago, every other day at the gym for those weeks, dropping fast... well not weight but BF% which is a very good sign.

Ski, another comp? Are you doing HIIT on the treadmill?

Lost 6" off my waist since Jan 1st. Still a ways to go but I am doing it slow and steady so as to not loose lean mass or strength. Less than 4 months training.

Did an easy 350lbs on a 2.5" diameter thick bar last week.

Here I am loading the 335lbs atlas stone to a 50" platform. My buddy can't get it off the ground so I have him take it off the platform and do it from the lap.
