What would you like to see before I take this whole thing down and put them in their proper places!!

My main question is how smooth is the paint all around. Did they leave some area's more rough like around the neck and under the arms vs the normal amount of polishing that is needed to make the paint smooth like an automobile? Also, is it hollow on the inside?

I found out a great way to put on the nuts if your alone. Just put the base on a double corner of the desk and put the screws in:
