A work in progress. Still trying to determine what head to use. Will try to post close up pics later. Put a lot of work into this guy. The tank and pants alone took forever to weather and colour to my liking.

I agree that the sculpt is (very) slightly over scaled, but I don't think to degree that justified the hyperbolic criticism it received. Well, maybe if you paid $250 dollars for it, but given I paid $30, I ain't complaining. I know it's a cliche to say it on here, but in hand it doesn't have an overtly obvious 'bobblehead' quality or look to it.

Yeah, it's the OSK version.

The only head I've got handy is a SS Nathan Drake to take a comparison pic against. Admittedly, Nate's head is on the large side compared to most 1/6 human sculpts, but I think it shows McClane isn't ridiculously big.

Obviously, I don't have the MJ Choi original to compare it against, but I would say from all the pics I've seen that the OSK version definitely appears smaller.

Re-worked the shoulder holster in a lighter vinyl for a better fit and slightly more screen-accurate colour.

See, now I want one of these but lack the skills to weather the crap out of any clothing (assuming I was to find said clothing) lol. Hot Toys better release one of these at some point to cater for those without skill. (me).
