They'll be back in a "20 lucky collectors can own" Express Update, or a "look what we conveniently just found a whole pallet full of hiding in our warehouse" Spooky Second Chance during Spook.

No doubt. Indeed, these were busts in more ways than one. They really did expect them to sell out almost immediately the first day they went up.

really?
considering 1 Marvel LSB runs at least $200 by itself people think these are overpriced?

That makes no sense to me. The price per bust is only $75 (for LSB-sized busts!), and their large size allows for some incredible details. They are well worth the price as a set.

I think it has more to do with the subject matter. They're not quite as cool as a zombie PF and when all is said and done, it's 3 1:2 scale decapitated heads. Not that much displayability. Especially if you've got kids around which makes the price that much harder to justify (as in $200 for something you'll likely display almost hidden).

I like youre thinking.... and I now think rated R movies should be half price admission ..... and porn should be free ... :monkey1

You do have a point. Although, these are going to make a GREAT addition to my Halloween house of horrors display at Halloween :lol. I set up a pretty elaborate display in my front yard, and these will be on display, either on the front porch, or visible in the window with "spooky lighting". And you'd be surprised just how many children, even 6-10-year-olds, love the display, even with all of the body parts, entrails, and brains on display.

Man, I can't wait for October...

This happens alot if you watch stock on newsletter night. I would almost guarantee if you jump on the waitlist, it will convert in a matter of days. In fact, I am going to do just that to confirm my theory. If someone sees an item has sold out, they sometimes feel compelled to try to get an item.

:banana I am driving to Idaho this October! :banana

Can you please put your Mummy PF out front too? :naughty

I hear ya, but that takes into account a holiday mentality. Most aren't like us, where it's Halloween all year round (or at least we wish it was).

And I'd keep them inside if I were you. Spooky lighting sounds good and you won't have to worry about sticky fingers. But then again, if one or more goes missing, you can always pick up another set from the eventual "Spooky Second Chance!" :lol

Boy Sideshow really must have failed on this line idea as there hasn't been a single talk of the upcoming SDCC exclusive bust. I'll probably bite just to finish off the set. I doubt we get any more after him, who was probably long in development before the busts were actually revealed and failed.

So $200 got us three busts. What do you think one will cost? $75? $100? :dunno

I have absolutely zero interest in collecting a bunch of 1:2 scale decapitated heads.

So you think we are getting one for SDCC? I hope it's not impossible for me to get ahold of. :(

It was revealed today along with the other SDCC exclusives. So yeah, I think so :D

And as slow as it took an edition of 200 to sell out, even 100 shouldn't be too bad to get ahold of.

Yeah, I'm most likely gonna pass on the SDCC bust. I dont have the others and don't really want a bunch of decapitated heads in my collection. They all look cool but I want my zombies to be in 1:6th scale honestly.

Wow check out the 4 person buzz, they blew this one out of the water, another prime example of why Sideshow should continue to ignore their fans and do whatever they want. :lecture.

IMO this line is just TOO gruesome. Zombies have become common place nowadays so the 1/6th and the PFs can get by. But these heads are just too disturbing. They aren't zombies, they are decapitated mutilated heads. I know they are supposed to be zombie heads but you just don't get that feeling.
