I didnt grow up with the japanese release so the 1st English version is the winner for me.

Great little review! Can't wait to see what you think of the Teknoman when you do that review too. Love the way you gave solidus props, the base was a great find!

Great review, SOLIDSNAKE! I didn't even know that you can turn the clear plastic plate, until I saw your video . Pretty cool.

By the way, Anime King is a pretty good Ebay store, and I bought tons of MGS and Gundam stuff from them. Shipping takes a long time for me too, since they're in Cali. (and I'm in NYC).

I luckily managed to secure one through someone, still at a raised price but its not as bad as most etailers seem to be charging for him.

Eesh, that's WAY too much. Try www.etoysjapan.com. I've shopped through them before and had a great experience. They answer all my emails promptly and I've gotten packages extremely fast from them. They're offering the Tekkaman Evil figure for only 129.99 instead.

I managed to get mine for $100.00 on the dot before shipping to the US but I have a buddy who was willing to help me out.

Okay! So, it's been a very long time coming, but I finally ordered Tekkaman Evil from a seller on Ebay.

Man, I can't wait to put this and my Blade figure together . After all, Evil (Shinya) was Blade's (Takaya's) "evil" brother. So, they need each other. Will post many, many, many pics when I get Evil in hand. I also have another Gundam Lightning base on order - a red one this time.

Also, Tekkaman Blaster was released a few months ago! I must pick him up as well .

It's cool that the seller shipped Tekkman Evil to me in the original packing box.

As you can see, I still haven't opened up Tekkaman Evil as yet. I'll have to do it when I get a display case.

Oh man, so sorry to hear about your Blade figure. A few months back, I also damaged my figure - I accidentaly dropped one of the shoulder pieces and a small piece of paint scraped off. But, I fixed it up using a white, fine tip Gundam marker. So, maybe that'll work for you too!

I'll definitely open up Evil soon (I promise ). I'm still looking around for a big display case that'll fit both figures.
