Quick action by Sideshow. I got a reply today saying to send it back for a replacement. Replacements are done on a first come first served basis so I have to get it to FEDEX within 3 days. I asked about keeping the base but didn't get an answer to that. They did want a picture of the bottom of the base with the edition number though. Not a hassle at all to return it. SS pays for it, e-mails me the FEDEX label and I'm good to go and drop it off, or have it picked up.

Just because you return the base doesn't mean you won't get the same # back. SS does have an allotment of unnumbered bases they use for exchanges.

Well, I had to return the base so I won't be as close to Fremen as I once was.

SS wrote and said they checked the base, no damages so they are sending back the base #13 of 400, and a brand new Super Predator Skull. So, I'll be virtually right next to Fremen again. Skull arrives on 2 March. Hopefully, intact.
