Why is Mr. Green's second desktop computer went on again? This is about 3 mins of power blackout from a certain power outlet. Not the whole house outage but only a certain area. After he switch to a different power source, shouldn't he have to turn it on again and log on? That little battery on the motherboard is only good enough for the bios.
