Storing my figures

recently purchased some hot toys Star Wars 1/6 figures while I had the dosh.
Question is.. Would these be ok left in the boxes for now as I can't display at the moment.. I was thinking of buying a few of the little gel packets to put in with them as I don't no when it will be before I can get them out. As now my money is going towards my new place so wanted to buy these while I could.

They should be fine. I have had other HT's figures stored in boxes for years and no issues.
