See Khev? ^^^ that's what I'm talking about. At least most of the mod haters are intelligent. :lol

Well the facts are your wrong and we are right.

Sorry to steal your own line but do the math :lecture

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

I see the argument is still going strong :thud: When did Lucas decide Leia was Luke's sister?

TBH its really hard to prove either way, Lucas is well known for changing his tune whenever it suits and wasn't it Hidalgo who said Kurtz recollections of future films was all bs? :dunno

1997 book written by a post divorce Lucas when he was claiming there was never a plan for 9 films :cuckoo: vs a 3 year project by a well respected author which is constructed from interviews done between 1978 to 1980 and hundreds of hand written notes written at the time by Kirshner, Kasdan, Lucas & Kasanjian. :lecture

Yeah i'll go with the '97 book :panic::panic::panic:

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

I don't think quite agree. He seemed like Lucas little robot tool.

No one ever dared to cross Lucas. Lucas was the only one right.

But he was still a problem. :lol

And that (see bold) would be why he was the real problem. The man had no balls. :lecture

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

Well, history is always revisional, but sometimes reading the what ifs releated to Star Wars are almost as interesting as the movies themselves.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

So who's arguing for what?
I really doubt Lucas had more than a very vague treatment as he went into SW and later ESB and ROTJ... So he might have had a few ideas, but just changed them around as the need arose.
He very well might've thought at one point that Leia was Luke's sister, and then decided against it because he needed some romantic tension in the first movie, then went back to it as he decided that Luke would become a Jedi monk...
Who cares, really?

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

Exactly. Hopefully Disney brings him back, like they did Lawrence Kasden.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

If Gary Kurtz comes back then no more midichlorians :blissy:blissy:blissy

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) Discussion Thread

McCallum is out! I'm starting to think Disney knows exactly what was wrong with the PT and is cleaning house.
