OT lightsabers have reportedly been fixed for the blu-rays!

And wow, I had no idea TPM was cropped that much for DVD, I'm guessing no one else did either.

Also it sounds like in addition to a ton of "errors" being corrected new "surprises" have been added to possibly all six films. Looks like LFL is keeping the changes pretty close to the chest this time around.

I found that article very encouraging. If they really are listening to the fans maybe they will take out some of the crappy editions like Han shooting first, or Han stepping on Jabba's tail... though he did say GL added a few more surprises so that still leaves me a bit worried.

Why does the word "surprise" when coming from Lucasfilm make me afraid...very afraid.

I found a clip on Youtube the other day which is what my cut of the Phantom Menace would be. It was about 5 min...and was JUST the Maul/Qui Jon/Obi Wan fight, with all cut in scenes of the space battle removed. lol

Don't worry, my cut of Episode 2, is about 50 min. 10 min. of the assassin chace and 40 min. of the final battle with the clones and final jedi battle.
