Same thing happen to me. I called Sideshow and explained the situation, they called UPS and arranged for me to pick it up at a UPS. Give them a call.

Damn, that picture looks nice..... I'm like at 50% of getting it and nearly tipping over to 51%... the figure definitely looks much better than SSC's first round of pics. He looks much better under darker lighting. This picture is really leaving me teetering on the edge of a purchase...
Here is Bats with belt mod that Tony came up with. I like alot better. It fixed some of that flotation device look. I still dont like the skin tone on the mouth piece on mine, it looks too green.

First mod were the eye's and now I just modded the stand. The smaller stand was not doing it for because it did not bring the hooks all the way up to his crotch so I just shortened both parts of the stand now its perfect. Still waiting for the eye's to fully dry before I put that back together.

So are you going to cut through the suit and sew it back up.
Yes I already did, the back of the suit is very easy to cut a small enough hole for him to wiggle out of , the pics posted are of him already on the Hot toys road block body

I removed the foam inside the pouches. I removed 2 pouches (one on each side), and shortened the belt so its tighter around the waist.
Did you cut anything to shorten the belt? I'm thinking of modding mine, but I don't want to mess it up
Should work now....thanks for the heads up...
You have to un-stitch the buckle part to make it shorter.
Btw, does anyone else's face look this color? Its been bugging me since I got the figure. The previous pictures don't show it well, but one of my co-workers noticed and now its really bugging me.
