While I did lol at that - the difference is twofold: Firstly, Crossbones wasn't (entirely?) CGI. He automatically has more dramatic merit on that basis alone. Secondly, Captain America wasn't deprived of vital character development to give Crossbones screentime whereas Anakin and Obi-wan were.
