Re: Skiman's Custom Work and Kitbash/Sculpting

Thanks Mag, I try to do good work, look out for Nemesis, even GI JOE fans don't really know who that guy is.... :lol

Even as a kid, I went past the "Whoa, these new villains are cool!" reaction to more of a "Uh, this doesn't fit GI JOE at all" vibe. But that didn't stop me from loving the movie and Cobra-La characters (the new Joes in the movie, however, didn't do much for me).

But the first time Nemesis laid down a beating, I was hooked on him. Despite him being one of my favorite overall Joe figures, I still had Slaughter's "This is for Duke..." beatdown monologue as my cell phone ring for a while.

I know what you mean, the first scene where he rips Snow Job from the Snow Cat :rock

Any plans for a Falcon?

I'd like to get to him, commissioning Slaughter right now but a Falcon would go along nicely with him.

The thing is about Falcon is that he's so plain in the original take of him from RAH, it would be interesting to have a modern take on him these days or a way to make him pop more would definitely be a challenge.

Some of the Falcon bashes I've seen kind of more or less portray a standard green beret which is not the direction I would be headed with such a character.

Re: Skiman's Custom Work and Kitbash/Sculpting

Yeah, I see what you mean by that. I did enjoy Don Johnson's "performance" in that movie.

Re: Skiman's Custom Work and Kitbash/Sculpting

if making renegades, make mercer... always was my fav.

Bagels he would definitely be first of the three, that was the coolest concept of being a former Crimson Guard commander.

If we get a CG from SSC, it would be so on :hi5:

That was great, every time I see Falcon I hear Don Johnson :lol :rock

It's fun to look at the beginning credits and it scrolls:

Falcon: Don Johnson

Sgt. Slaughter: himself :rotfl

Re: Skiman's Custom Work and Kitbash/Sculpting

I see that! Can't wait to see it all finished. :D

I didn't post this pic in here for some reason, not sure why... (there eyes were drying right there but I kept hearing Mac talking in my head with the quotes :lol)

While we're on the topic of Big Lob, does anyone have ANY idea of what he was saying when he was swimming under the electrified water on the obstacle course??
