Just playing devils advocate here. But maybe they have them boxed and they have no pics. So they went the lazy route and used a google pic. For that price it's a steal though but still worth messaging the guy, maybe he can send you a pic of the boxes. Where is it from?

Visit Pop Up Tee. They have TMNT shirts whose design is based on the Sideshow sculpts. Fan art, but also pretty blatant rip offs.

Fan art for profit is always questionable, but I'm not even sure those designs count as fan art. They're exact images.
