Today I got offered 22000NOK/2850 USD for my complete TMNT EX set, including Shredder EX. Would you sell for that price?

I'm not sure where to go with my collection in the future. It's tempting to sell the Turtles because of the money, but on the other hand.. I do not need money atm. I'm by no means rich, but 2850 USD would not make a difference in my life right now(Not sure how to phrase this without sounding like a *********).
