Nice to look at and ride at. But I really doubt it actually road worthy.
 
I actually really like that, looks very cool. But I can't imagine it being very useable at all unless you have big open areas, long straight roads, or corners that are VERY gentle.

It'd only take s turn slightly too tight, or leaning in too much and you're gonna hit the bottom of the front wheel on the floor (the side parts... and thats why the wheels look flat to the person who asked) :)

Kinda fun though, I like it.
