Question about someone using a picture of mine on eBay to sell his own figure...

I am not completely certain, but if memory serves, unless you take steps to protect it, once it is posted in a public forum...you lose the rights to it.

Edit - If somebody used a picture that I posted, I would be flattered.
 
How did you find the auction with your picture in it....? I was just curious just in case it might happen to others.
 
In my case I have certain Ebay searches on RSS feed and I check them every day, suddenly in one I found this pic of mine:

I contacted the seller immediately, and he took it down.

I want to know this too, but I"m guessing he just did a search for MJ figures.

I looked at an auction that I didn't win, and there was my picture in the "related items" section. It was totally by chance.
