Question about sculpts?

Hi, made the same thread in another forum, but didn't get the answer I was looking for.
So my question is?
What are the exact dimmensions of a 1/6 head (in cm or inches) that can fit on 1/6 hot toys body?
I wan't to 3D print a Joker head I made in Zbrush3, so I can put it on my pre-ordered MMS DX Joker, it's
gonna be my first Hot Toys figure, so I don't know the dimmensions.
Any help would be appreciated!

I wish I could answer your question but I don't know, I'd like to know more about Z-brush & esp 3D printing though?

As I said MMS DX Joker is gonna be my first 1/6 figure, I only have 6 inch figures.
