Saw the plastic prototypes and these are really really small, even more so when you are used to 1/6 toys.

They are more to the size of revoltech figures.

Hopefully the price is low, then I may grab a few.

Awww. He looks so sad. Maybe cuz he didn't get much screen time. :slap

I saw the prototypes at comic con. They said they'll have light up features, articulated fingers and come with a hall of armor piece. They're already up for pre order at yesanime.com. They were the ones with the booth at comic con. The 1/12 are around $109.99 and the 1/4 are $600+

Actually now that I read the specs it doesn't have articulated fingers or say anything about the hall of armor piece. I kinda suspected that, the guys at the booth were really pushing for preorder sales. But $600+ for the 1/4 figures supposedly shipping in October and you only have plastic prototypes at the con. Ill wait to see the finished product.

Up for sale on BBTS. Might pick up the Mark 42 but $100 for a 6" figure is a big bummer.

Just got the email from bbts as well.
I hope someone can give us hands-on feedback.
I'm still interested in the 1/4 line of die-cast armors.

Epic FAIL look soft- lack detail and the biggest WTF moment of all is the price...you have got to be kidding.....:rotfl

Hope PI's 1/4's are all they're cracked up to be b/c these look pretty bad, and the price is terribad.

Seems like there's alot of bad mojo concerning these figures.
I for one am totally stoaked because ...
1. I cant afford the 1/6 alloys from them or hot toys
2. The size is just right for shelf duty
3. Ill get armors that no other company seems to be doing.
And finally
4. They are diecast !

As for the $100 price point , im not sure why so many seem that is unreasonable.
Revoltechs are around 60-70$
Play arts kai figures are tipping 100$ each and they have zero light up features or any diecast content.
Yea these are small but as a former Japanese diecst chogokin collector, $100 for a figure is rather normal.
Plus when you factor in the smaller production run these will likely have, im ok with the price.
I hope they do the entire IM3 line up
