Look at the size of those boots!

The head sculpt does look pretty great, it would be cool to use it as a custom.
So would that Beachhead Hasbro showed a Joe Con.

I can't believe this figure just got even more awesome. Arishikage tatoo on his forearm and a removeable silencer on the Uzi for a truer 82/85 look. Fantastic!

Its interesting that the SSC design team made many choices similar to the Hasbro 25th anniversary figure in combining what they considered to be the best elements of SE into one figure. Emulating the commando boots + visored ninja look makes quite a bit of sense but I don't recall the two seams going over the top of his head being a specific look to his costume. Its funny that they're the same for both figures.
