That one is a Barbie supergirl outfit. The boots came from the Tonner 13" supergirl figure.

Not sure if anyone makes them but the Hot toys James Dean jacket works nice. It's expensive but if you shop around its worth it. I've got the red shirt for him ready to go but haven't had any luck with finding a jacket at a decent price. I did a Blur custom with the all black outfit and trench coat.

There are some great Barbie outfits that look great on a good body with a decent head sculpt. This one came from a Barbie invisible woman figure.
