I just hope that when he comes of the same size as the old P1.
And P2 should be equal to P1.

In 8 " P2 are unfortunately bigger than P1.

The articulation does not bother me.

Rather, the netting and the bad painted forehead.

When a new Articulation comes.
Then not at the chest!
It looks crappy.

I'm worried about his knees and crotch .

You can see the joints on P2.
this would be better hidden in 1/4.

NECA just confirmed on twitter that the upcoming 25th anniversary Jungle Hunter will be available in both masked and unmasked versions.

I just love what NECA is doing with these figures.
I hope some day they decide to try out the high-end waters with their amazing sculpts and licenses.

exciting is ryt... though i wonder about the 1/4 scale articulation now....is it time to unload the current 1/4 scales in favor of newer better articulated 1/4 necas?

I don't know yet if these are just re-tooled figures based off of the original sculpts, or if these will be brand new sculpts for every piece and part of the figure. Would make more sense to re-use things like the head, hands, feet, backpack and other things like that, and just have the body and joints re-tooled.

I Think new is the Articulation un the knees an crotch.
A new Loincloth is possible.

I would want real netting but I doubt they would use same sculpt for the CH 18". Could be wrong.

Yeah the original sculpt is so perfect, I can't see any reason why they would make a brand new sculpt and spend money on the tooling for that and other pieces that they already have which look fine.

But I could be wrong and maybe they are going to use a new sculpt, I dunno.

Neca is stingy.
Why spend money unnecessarily.

It will only be joint and a new Loincloth.

It would be useful bristles on the head.

More important would be improved with new Elder head .
The Hot Toys Elder is on the face accurately.

I hope neca they also have make a 19 " Elder .

When Neca make Humans to Aliens ists very possible they make Dutch.

Neca use a Rambo body, a Terminaror Arnie Head and fixes this parts atha looks like dutch.

And then Neca make different Dutch Versions.

For the BD City Hunter they use the closed mouth Head(they use the Borg), sculpted a seperate Gas-Mask an Medi-Kit a painted some areas green.
A removable Arm is easy.

Thos wouls be very cool.

Ore they make 2 SDCC 2012 exklusive Set with a new P1 Predator and Dutch, and a Set with the Trophy wall and the BD City Hunter.
