he keeps coming back because users answer his posts or otherwise acknowledge him and because mods keep sanctioning and banning him. just do the simplest thing possible - don't do anything, that's what IGNORE means. he will go away permanently when you take away his incentive to gain attention. this is Psych 101 for dealing with narcissists. they feed on attention, good or bad. if you see another post, ignore it. don't respond to it, don't acknowledge it, don't do anything. easiest thing in the world to do. i PROMISE that will work. he will throw a hissy-fit or two and you'll never hear from him again.

This is getting out of hand, and it's not even an argument anymore. He's blatanly posting annoying spam because he's got nothing better to do than piss all over a toy collector forum.
