totally meant to reply to this sooner..sorry..
i just used a normal joe body...it seemed to work better..not sure if it did or not..but i was able to cover up the ankles and tops of his feet whereas on the other body, i couldnt...weird...and i just gave him a shorter neck adapter..the other one was huge....

ok...all of you guys redoing your armor, made me want to give it whack.this is where im at now..i wanted to add those lines(slits that are on his armor) but couldnt get them to look right...so it's just plain right now...but maybe in the future, i'll try again..

it sticks out a bit on the top..but not bad and it's not bulky like the SSC stuff...i know what i need to do for any future updates, but can't fix them now without ruining this stuff..lol....backpack fits on the back as well...

i tried straight black, just didnt look right..even tho, i know that's what the classic figure had....

my snake eyes..finally...couldn't have done him without help from some of you, so thanks!

took me years to finally get a good snake eyes that i actually like...lots of different parts.some from the SSC SE..some from other figures...just random stuff....some repaints....

my new v2 cobra commander....lots of work to get him right...lots of tips from you guys
the one complaint that i still have is the short sleeves on the jacket..need to find his some shorter forearms...sigh...anyone have any tips or suggestions on other bodies that have shorter arms?

i tore apart the SSC one...
-gave him a "thought was a smaller body, but turns out it wasnt"
-new, shorter neck post so he wasn't so much taller than everyone else
-new shoes(repainted bludd's..even though im really thinking of using Destro's)
-custom collar for around his neck
- new hands(repainted)
-redid his dagger(new straps, new buckles)
-redid his whole belt as well...

my new beachhead wip..new body(dam)..new gloves(destro)...some other small things...

quick shots of storm shadow and my red ninja that im still doing..

he is a bit thicker around the middle than i wanted ..but i tried on other vests..and they just didnt scream "beachhead" to me...
ive tightened up the vest a bit more..it doesn't look so big in person..

on the plus side...first figure that i have that stands pretty good on his own....lol.with his heavy backpack even...

The Boba Fett figures from Sideshow have laughably short and skinny forearms.

To accommodate the equally-laughably undersized gauntlets.

new body for CC...put him on a dx luke that i have lying around...
no forearms showing..cloths fit much better..i always imagined him as a smaller,thin, whiny kind of guy...who really isnt too tough...

shirt wasnt pulled down..but is now..lol..opps

gave him new forearms(thanks R!)...that was my plan the whole time..totally forgot about the boba arms and i just happened to have a pair lying around...so a quick(30 mins or so) swap out..some tape for quick padding..and voila! new arms...and a skinnier CC...
