They should, and you should not accept any package in this condition. If I'm not around I always ask that the receiver check the box before signing for it

I would hope so, they are pretty good with customer service but that is definitely the shippers fault so I'm not sure how that works?

Yeah they will probably offer a new box of like a 30 dollar refund.

I actually didn't notice it when the guy handed it to me. Sneaky sneaky had it in a way I didn't see...
I would've been fine if the inner box was just dented but when I opened it up and the inner plastic and insert was messed. Yeah I was upset.
