But you won't want to remove it, because I can all but guarantee you the sculpt will look nothing like Anne Hathaway when you do. They seem to have missed Hathaway's "mousy" look - and frankly, that's her signature.

Looking good so far. I'm kind of glad the mask can be taken off but not sure if I'll pose her that way. The main thing would be if I bought a second headsculpt and made a Selina Kyle in civilian attire.

The main thing would be if I bought a second headsculpt and made a Selina Kyle in civilian attire.

You'd probably be better off with one of those eBay versions with the alternate hair. I'm not so certain you'll be able to do anything with the hair on the Hot Toys retail version.

That answers that. I'm actually surprised that of those few images, the one that actually looks most like Hathaway is the one without the mask. Good angle to thank for that.

Are there any shots in profile uploaded? Toss one on here if there is - I'd really like to confirm if it's a seam I see near the ear - which would mean the face can be removed from the back of the head like in those eBay auctions...

that mask needs to stay on
