Is this guy going to go up in price/value after the the Mrk V comes out???

hmmm... well for sure everybody would want him if they had their mark 5 on hand... it will definitely be very difficult to get him by then but i don't think the price will boost up though....

Guess who came in today!!!!!

i finished the EL light WHIPLASH upgrade. (thanks ali for the idea.)

i think it looks awesome. the power box he runs off is tiny, like smaller than i iphone, runs on 1 9volt battery or i can plug it into the wall. also solved the cord managment issue pretty well i think, only 2 small black cords going up his arms, down his back and then down one pant leg. can barely see it at all. hope you guys like it. and yeah, it flickers too.

He's looking really cool. That EL stuff really makes him come alive imo.

yeah for sure. he should have come like this. thanks for showing me this stuff.

@art. im putting together a how to, as far as what i did. ali can help you too if you go back a few pages he pretty much laid it all out.

Seriously someone needs to make this into a kit that you can sell to us. Don't feel like having to make that.

I bought several T800 longslides and modified them with a light up beam (LED) intent on selling them as mods. It looked really cool. The materials cost ~$25, but it only sold fo $37 on ebay. It took about 5 hours to make. So it just wasn't worth the time to do it again and sell. People loved it, but they just weren't willing to pay for it (at least in this experience).

i hear you. ive been doing customs for a long time. and that is always the case when i sell them. for example, i made a custom iron patriot from a hot toys mark 3, the base figure alone cost me about 190, i sold it to a good guy for a good deal. but later people had asked if i would make one for them, and when i told them my price they literally were offended, and told me they thought it should cost 100 something... iw as like, really!? less than the base figure. give me a break..

but im working on a kit, for whiplash, a little more than a kit actually... ill keep you posted, its going to have a set price though, and limited numbers. no ebay. just here, so if youre interested keep checking back.

btw that gun looks amazing.

can you tell me how you did that? ive been searching for a tiny led with a switch to put in some 1/6 scale heads.
