Have you seen his filmography and understand the track record the man has when it comes to making successful films?
He has made some of the biggest films of the last two decades and then some and continues to do so.
How does this make him a "hack"?

'MURICaaaa!

IGN has just confirmed that Michael Bay will not be returning to direct Transformers 5...

:panic: :panic: :panic: :panic: :panic:

...instead opting to direct a Benghazi drama, titled "13 Hours" based on the novel by Mitchell Zuckoff.

Maybe Transformers 5 isn't such a bad idea...

Dunno why people keep inflicting these films on themselves. Surely it was apparent after the first two that unnecessarily long CGI-wanking was about all they had to offer.

Nicely put a-dev. :lol

Bay's Transfibulators, will always be remembered for being unintelligible metal masses of points, angles & superfluous tin gonads.

That's when they're not completely ****ting on the original designs in the first place. :lol

My brain barely survived the first two movies, I can't imagine being so masochistic as to inflict more pain and suffering by seeing parts 3 and 4.

The last one didnt perform any where near as well in the USA as it's predecessors, so we can't take all the blame on this one. Part 4 made about 245 million in the USA, but raked in almost 850 million overseas, so apparently this country is not the only one with bad taste. Apparently, Asians love Transformers and Ice Age movies.

It's just strange, waves of people on facebook deciding to marathon the films, all going into it knowing the films are terrible and all coming out of it affirming that fact.

Genisys isn't exactly going stellar?
