I'd like to see Mezco do an Armored Batman from the Dark Knight Returns comic along with Superman. Seems like a no brainer after the regular TDKR Batmen they did, and the fact that an armored comic one would be a lot more simple than this film version.

Mezco is so slow shipping out figures. That's why I hate ordering direct from them. But had to have this figure.

Wish they would do tdkr Superman instead of that crappy comic one. That one looks horrible. They need to have tights separate instead of all sown together, looks bad.

Figuarts are more 5.5" scale which is a bit of an odd scale.

Figuarts will be far too small, Mezco's offerings are at the bigger end of 6". The best Iron Man I've found that pairs up with them is the Sentinel Armorize version.

And for reference, Armorize vs SHF.

Oh nice! I might get the metallic version of Armorize Iron Man now.

Make sure you get it from somewhere you can return it to, myself and several others had huge QC issues with the metallic version, and Sentinel won't do anything to help with mine because I can't produce an invoice for it.

It looks great, but the chest plate falls off if you so much as breathe on it, and the legs on mine have some flaw with the hips where the lower legs don't attach to the pegs - they just slide off the joint.

Does anyone happen to have a Comicave Iron Man for a comparison? I know they are a bit over 6", so I think the height will work fine but I'm not sure it will be bulky enough.

Mezco really needs to work on a new payment setup (NRD, and/or Pay in full for discount). Here I paid in full +shipping in June and I still don't have Armored Batman. I was under the impression it would ship a week or two after SDCC.

I don't think they ever said it would ship a couple weeks after SDCC. If you follow thier twitter they have always said 4-6 weeks from Comic Con witch brings to September.
