Thanks for clearing that up a bit DirkDiggler. Item 00009-1120 BUNDLE USE ON is the Horde Empire map. I just got my (monthly) subscription figures today and that number is stamped on the back of it. I'm not sure if people have been receiving Glimmer or not in their quarterly subscriptions. You may want to check over at He-man.org.

Another thing I noticed is when comparing my invoice to other quarterly subscribers, the pricing of the items are different. Why is that?

That ad cracks me up but at the same time saddens me because it happens in real life. :(

So anyone or did matty have an explanation to the price difference on quarterly sub invoices?

@DirkDiggler

You're right but still I wished Matty named the items clearly to avoid confusion. Did Glimmer arrived with your orders?

Yup, received everything including Glimmer. I thought the maps would be inside a packet but it was just laying out there on the bottom of the figures.

Can you show me an example? Each figure, besides Modulok ($40) should be $25.00 each. Otherwise, the variance would be due to taxes and shipping.

Here's an example from he-man.org

Product SKU Product Name Qty Ordered Qty Shipped Total Qty Shipped Amount
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BHG27Q Club Eternia® 1 1 1 $29.38
BHG28 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $29.38

BHG39 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $2.82

and here is mine...

BHG27Q Club Eternia® 1 1 1 $30.71

00009-1120 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $0.87

BHG42 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $50.48
BHG39 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $3.46

BHG39 BUNDLE USE ON 1 1 1 $3.46

Thank you for the examples. Just compared the two you provided with mine and I think I figured it out.

The difference in pricing is due to taxes and shipping. The person at HM.org paid $4.38 in taxes and shipping whereas you paid $5.71 in taxes and shipping for figure #BHG27Q. Just subtract the original price of the figures ($25 or $40) and the difference is taxes and shipping.

Now, you might say that the person at HM.org's grand total ($280.67) does not match the total of all items combined ($29.38 (x2) + $.71 + $28.67 + $48.13 + $2.82 = $139.09). The answer is that the difference ($280.67 - $139.09 = $141.58) is the initial charge Matty placed when you first subscribed. Double Edit: After reading your post again, I notice that the person at HM.org was double charged by DR/Matty! The initial charge of $139.09, or the difference is way over priced for one figure. Hope that person resolves his issue with DR or Matty.

As for me, this is my order:

Product SKU Product Name Qty Ordered Qty Shipped Total Qty Shipped Amount
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BHG27Q Club Eternia® 5 5 5 $145.29
BHG28 BUNDLE USE ON 5 5 5 $145.29
00009-1120 BUNDLE USE ON 5 5 5 $2.19
BHG29 BUNDLE USE ON 5 5 5 $143.10
BHG42 BUNDLE USE ON 5 5 5 $236.34
BHG39 BUNDLE USE ON 5 5 5 $9.04

Shipping: $49.99
Tax: $67.51
Total: $817.50

The amounts highlighted in bold does not equal $817.50, but $681.25. However the difference is $136.25, and that was the amount I was charged in September, when I subscribed to the club. The initial charge is for the Unnamed One.

Edit: Just wanted to add that this is from my original invoice on September 2013:

Hopefully if you dig up the email from September, or the time around you subscribed, it will clarify your questions. Hope Matty didn't charge you extra on the original amount they gave you.

Just woke up to an email requesting I email the following:

Last 4 digits of the Credit Card of the card that you would like to be
charged:
Card Security Code:
Expiration Date:
Billing and Shipping address:
Desired Shipping Method:

Really, via email!! They already have all of this information  If it was any other company I would just immediately assume my account had been hacked and report the message.

New DC cover.

Hordak has a bit of the Grinch look to him. Also just noticed he has a soul patch on his chin, did think you could grow hair on bone.

There is a storage fee hidden in the shipping costs (especially monthly). While Toyguru wants you to think you he is doing you a favor by shipping things quarterly, there is still hidden fee's in everything they ship from DR no matter the size of the box.Even Toyguru spilled that bombshell couple years back

When DR screwed up my subscription at the begining of the year when I had to change credit cards thanks to Target they ended up doubling my sub (something about having to cancel the original sub order and create a new one but they never canceled the original). So I ended up with two different invoices and there was about a $6.00 difference in cost and to this day they haven't been able to explain to me why.

I think it's more meant to be a horn or something, it doesn't have any hair detail.

You sure? If it was that wouldn't it be the color of the one on his forehead then? Sure looks like it's meant to be a beard of some sort.

Oh I'm definitely not sure but it is the same color as some of the other stuff on his face like the jowls and the inside of his ears.

Christ knows what that think on his chin is. Tis the least serious out the many serious issues that the DC comic has.

Like folks who don't like Led Zepplin I am generally suspicious of folks who like this comic. :lol

I haven't read the comic at all but I do like the design they did for Adora while she worked for Hordak. As I have said a few times I'd love a figure of that.

Got my quarterly sub, everything seems to be in order... I don't know why so many were disappointed with Modulok - I love him!

A fair number of people I think were a little bummed about some aspects of the figure, notably the hips.

Well as we discussed and I mentioned in an earlier post, I can see now why the groin was that shape given it had to house two male plugs. It does upset the aesthetic a bit somewhat but forgiven in light of how well it all works.

I don't see why the torso had be attached to the groin like that though?!
