That's a GREAT piece but that still doesn't mean it wasn't overpriced.

I guess it depends on your definition of "overpriced". If it was $10k or more then I'd definitely say yes, but it wasn't anywhere near that much so I don't think it was overpriced at all.

I'd venture that you probably paid $5,000-$6,000 for that. It's an amazing display piece.

I just checked, and the Don Post R2 auction that I linked to ended at $6,000. Did someone here buy it?
