And btw, I think the whole piece looks exaggerated and excentrical, so I see it more as a stylized version of the famous Cap villain. I like the eyes... and the teeth... and everything else people complain about.

Yes its very much a stylized version of the Red Skull.
I love the name plate. I wanted to have that more than the Skull but now in person I see it and its very good!
