I agree with you. Those characters have so much potential.
I guess you refer to Dimension Diver's Samus, here are some pics of her and Megaman.

$55.85? I thought it was around $130. That's great lerath666, I think you need to buy the joints kit separately.

they should just make an actual rockman/megaman statue. 1/6 scale sounds pretty good. i feel these plastic figures just don't emphasize how iconic the character is. need something to separate the men from the toys r us boys lol.

Oh definitely, when you're talking about a series that became famous for running around as a robot kid, flying on top of a red robot dog, facing bosses like Elec Man, Guts Man, and Wood Man, you really need to emphasize how adult and mature the collectibles are. :lol

Sure, some badass statue dioramas would be awesome, but I can't see those coming anytime soon. Long as Kotobukiya puts out some classic bosses, I'm set.

good point except those kids that grew up watching a robot kid, flying on top a robot dog, have now become adults

but many of these adults abhor statues, 'cause they're boring.
put a nice backdrop, and a good base, and these action figures can look just as good, if not better than ANY statue.
And when you get bored of them, instead of selling it at a loss to help get a new statue, you simply change the pose.

A 5 inch Megaman would actually be close to scale with 12" human figures, right? I would be interested to see hear some in-hand feedback, and to see pics of him in scale with other figures. I might be interested. . .still, $40 seems like a lot for a 5-6 inch plastic figure.
