No I've not got much further yet,been massively busy at work,

That headsculpt does not look like connery to me?

It's Sean Connery as " Rob Roy " Urqhart from " A Bridge Too Far ", which was made by Dragon figures.
With a little adaptation it makes a great Ramirez, it's what i used:

I got them from ebay a couple of years ago, i think they're by Dragon.
